Returns and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Pixelfly (A unit of TUNE UP).
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
The products sold by TUNE UP are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. The costs associated with returning items to TUNE UP will solely be the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a refund.
You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may contact our Support team for help in resolving the issue by email at support@thepixelfly.com. Include your order number, contact information, and proof of the defects/damage. Issues must be raised within 14 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your request for a refund. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.
If a return is approved, TUNE UP may reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer rather than issuing a refund or if at all, a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In the case of a return or refund, we reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.

Wrong Address
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account on our website and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Tune Up does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer
We advise our end customers to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to request returns or size exchanges, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however, following this, TUNE UP will need formal notification in writing to the company’s email address support@thepixelfly.com. The client will then be invoiced for all work completed that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days. Please note: any cancellation, which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by TUNE UP within 14 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.
Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns and refunds as a result of errors made by you, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
